Withdrawal Policy of the Bravermere Trust AI Trading Platform
1. Introduction
This Withdrawal Policy explains how withdrawals and fund transfers are handled when using the Bravermere Trust platform.
Bravermere Trust is a non-custodial technology provider that offers automated trading and portfolio management tools via secure API connections to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. Bravermere Trust does not operate as a broker, wallet provider, payment processor, or financial institution and does not, under any circumstances, hold, store, manage, or control user funds.
All deposits, balances, and withdrawals are processed exclusively on the user's connected exchange account in accordance with the exchange's own terms, policies, and procedures.
By using Bravermere Trust, you acknowledge and agree that Bravermere Trust has no control over your funds and does not participate in withdrawal operations.
2. No Custody of User Funds
Bravermere Trust has no custody, possession, or control over user assets.
Specifically, Bravermere Trust does not:
- Hold cryptocurrency or fiat balances
- Maintain wallets or custodial accounts
- Store private keys or recovery phrases
- Receive user deposits
- Process withdrawal transactions
All funds remain on the user's personal exchange account at all times.
This non-custodial architecture ensures that users retain full ownership and control of their assets and eliminates custodial risk at the platform level.
3. How Withdrawals Are Processed
All withdrawal requests must be submitted directly through the cryptocurrency exchange connected to your Bravermere Trust account.
Bravermere Trust does not provide an internal withdrawal function and cannot initiate, approve, reject, delay, cancel, or modify withdrawal requests.
To withdraw funds, users must:
- Log in to their exchange account
- Navigate to the exchange's withdrawal section
- Select the asset and destination address or payment method
- Confirm the withdrawal in accordance with the exchange's security procedures
Once the transaction is submitted, it is processed exclusively by the exchange and the relevant blockchain networks.
4. Bravermere Trust Does Not Interfere With Withdrawals
Bravermere Trust has no technical or administrative capability to:
- Access exchange balances
- Move funds between wallets
- Approve or block withdrawals
- Impose withdrawal restrictions
- Apply withdrawal fees
- Delay transaction processing
The platform does not receive notifications about withdrawal requests and does not monitor individual user balances beyond what is required for strategy execution.
Questions about withdrawal status, processing times, network confirmations, or transaction errors must be directed to the support team of the user's exchange.
5. API Permissions and Security Restrictions
Bravermere Trust connects to exchanges via API keys generated by the user for their own exchange account.
For security reasons, Bravermere Trust requires API keys with the following restrictions:
- Trading permissions enabled
- Withdrawal permissions disabled
- Transfer permissions disabled
This configuration ensures that:
- Bravermere Trust can only place trading orders
- Funds cannot be withdrawn by the platform
- Assets cannot be transferred to external addresses
Users remain fully responsible for creating, managing, and securing their API credentials.
Bravermere Trust strongly recommends:
- Disabling withdrawal permissions for all API keys
- Enabling IP whitelisting where available
- Rotating API keys regularly
- Revoking access immediately if suspicious activity is detected
6. Withdrawal Fees and Exchange Fees
Bravermere Trust does not charge withdrawal fees.
All withdrawal-related fees, network fees, and processing costs are set solely by the exchange and the relevant blockchain network.
These may include:
- Blockchain transaction fees (mining fees)
- Exchange withdrawal fees
- Currency conversion fees
Bravermere Trust does not receive any portion of these fees and has no influence over their amount or structure.
Users are responsible for reviewing their exchange's fee schedule before submitting withdrawals.
7. Account Restrictions and Compliance Checks
Withdrawals are subject to the exchange's internal compliance, security, and regulatory procedures.
Depending on the exchange and jurisdiction, withdrawals may require:
- Identity verification (KYC)
- Two-factor authentication
- Email or SMS confirmation
- Withdrawal limits based on account tier
- Manual review for large transactions
Bravermere Trust is not involved in these procedures and cannot expedite or override the exchange's compliance review.
If an exchange temporarily restricts or suspends withdrawals, Bravermere Trust cannot intervene.
8. Strategy Execution and Open Positions
Before submitting a withdrawal, please ensure that:
- Active bots are paused or stopped
- Sufficient free balance is available
- Open positions are closed or properly managed
Withdrawing funds while automated strategies are running may cause:
- Failed orders
- Partial executions
- Strategy disruptions
- Increased risk exposure
Bravermere Trust is not responsible for losses resulting from withdrawals made during active trading.
9. Responsibility and Risk Disclosure
Bravermere Trust provides technological tools only and does not offer financial, investment, or legal advice.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Managing exchange accounts
- Submitting withdrawal requests
- Verifying destination addresses
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring transaction confirmations

Bravermere Trust accepts no liability for:
- Incorrect withdrawal details
- Delayed or failed transactions
